Alcohol Policy On-Tour Consumption: While we encourage responsible enjoyment of our delicious wine tastings, please note that no alcohol is permitted on the vehicle or during food breaks. Intoxication: For the safety of all passengers, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated. Violation: If you are caught drinking alcohol in the vehicle or during a food break, you will be asked to leave the tour. Cancellation Policy Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within three business days of the original booking date. Voucher Option: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a voucher for a future wine tour. General Guidelines Age Restrictions: All passengers must be over 18 years of age to consume alcohol at the wineries. Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required for the duration of the tour.
